Recipe - Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:
Fruit Kabobs recipe makes 100 Servings
One half Melon; cut or sliced up
1 cup Strawberries; cut or sliced up
1 cup Pineapple; cut or sliced up
1 Apple; cut or sliced up
1 Banana; cut or sliced up
Slice pieces of melon, strawberries, pineapple, apple and banana (or
whatever you like that's in season) on to small metal or bamboo skewers.
Note: dip fruits that will brown, like apple or banana, in orange or lemon
juice to prevent browning.
