Recipe - Fruit Frosting

Ingredients:
Fruit Frosting recipe makes 1 Servings
One half teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
One half cup Fresh juice
2 cup Light whipped topping
1 cup Vanilla nonfat yogurt
Heat juice and gelatin together in saucepan until gelatin melts. Remove
from heat and let cool. Gently fold whipped topping into juicegelatin
mixture using a wire whisk. Chill until spreadable. Spread on lowfat cake,
such as angel food cake, and serve cut or sliced up .
