Categories: Fruit-pie, Topping-pie, Fruit Crumb Pie Topping
Ingredients:

Three fourths cup Flour
Three fourths cup Oatmeal
2/3 cup Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Melted butter

Prepare your favorite fruit pie filling cherry, blueberry, raspberry,
elderberry or raisin. Pour it into an unbaked pie shell and top it with the
following crumb mixture.

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, then add the melted butter and
mix it thoroughly until all the ingredients are moistened.

Bake the pie at 425 oF for 25 to 30 minutes or until the filling boils and
the crumbs are nicely browned. This recipe makes enough crumbs for
approximately 3 pies.
