Recipe - Fruit Compote

Ingredients:
Fruit Compote recipe makes 4 Servings
1 pound Mixed dried apricots,
apples and peaches
1 cup Rasins
4 cup Water
One half cup Honey
1 Lemon
1 Oreange
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Put the dried fruit, rasins and water in a shallow baking dish. Place
in oven and bake 1 One half hours. Remove from the oven and stir in the honey,
being careful not to tear the fruit.
Slice the lemon and orange. Gently stir into the cooked fruit. Return
to the oven and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve hot or cold.
