Recipe - Fruit Cocktail Cake (Or Sometimes Known As Suprise Pudding)

1 One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half cup Flour
1 One fourth teaspoon Soda
One half teaspoon Salt
2 lg Eggs beaten
1 lg Or 2 small cans fruit
cocktail (drained)
beat all together (the longer you beat the less distinguished the fruit
becomes) pour into a greased 9x 12 pan.
Mix following together and put on Top of cake before baking:
One half cup chopped nuts,
One half cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinammon.
Bake 1 hr 20 min @ 300F.
