Recipe - Fruit-Topped Lemon Cheese Squares

15 Whole graham crackers;
broken in half
2 pack (8oz) Philadelphia Brand
cream cheese; softened
3 cup Cold milk
2 pack (6serving size) JellO
instant pudding and pie
filling; lemon flavor
4 ounce Cool Whip whipped topping;
thawed
1 cn (21oz) pie filling; any
fruit flavor
ARRANGE One half of the crackers on bottom of 13x9inch pan, cutting crackers
to fit, if necessary.
BEAT cream cheese at low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Gradually
beat in 1 cup of the milk. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat at low
speed until well blended, 2 to 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
SPREAD One half of the pudding mixture over crackers. Add second layer of
crackers; top with remaining pudding mixture. Freeze 2 hours. Let stand at
room temperature 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Spoon pie filling
over each square.
MAKES 18 servings, Prep time: 20 minutes, Freezing time: 2 hours
