Recipe - Fruit-Stuffed Trout

Ingredients:

4 pack Rainbow Trout6 To 8 Oz.

2 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine; melted
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Fruit Stuffing
1 cup Plain Croutons
1/3 cup Diced Fruits And Raisins
2 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine; melted
2 tablespoon Dry White Wine
1/8 teaspoon Ground Allspice
1 Green Onion With Top;
chopped

Heat oven to 425° degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15One half X 10One half X 1 inch.
Stuff fish with Fruit Stuffing. Close openings with skewers or wooden picks
if necessary. Place fish in pan. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Drizzle
over fish. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with
fork. 4 SERVINGS

NOTES : To Grill: Grease wire grill. Place stuffed fish on grill. Cover
and grill about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning fish
once and brushing occasionally with margarine mixture until fish flakes
easily with fork. FRUIT STUFFING: Mix all ingredients until liquid is
absorbed
