Recipe - Frozen White Relish

Ingredients:
Frozen White Relish recipe makes 10 Servings
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Minced parsley
1 tablespoon Chopped pimiento
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in other ingredients. Place in freezer and
freeze, stirring once during process. Serve with baked fish or ham.
