Recipe - Frozen Pickles

2 qt Cucumbers; cut or sliced up unpeeled
1 md Onion; cut or sliced up thin
2 teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Sugar
One half cup Vinegar
Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly,
but do not rinse.
Mix together until completely dissolved the following: 1 One half cup sugar
and One half cup vinegar. Pour over pickles. Juice should cover them. Will keep
in refrigerator for a couple of weeks or put in containers and freeze.
