Recipe - Frozen Peach Salad

1 pack (3oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half pt Whipping cream; whipped
1 2/3 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (16oz) cling peach slices;
drained
1 cn (15oz) pineapple chunks;
drained
One half cup Sliced Maraschino cherries
One half cup Chopped pecans

Cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt and mix well. Fold in
whipped cream and add marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into
creamed mixture. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays, freezing until firm.
Cut into squares. Serve on crisp greens. Yield: 10 servings.
