Recipe - Frozen Dinner Rolls

1 Banana
2 cup Frozen fruit, about
(cherries are superb)
Low fat soy milk as needed
(or nonfat dairy milk)
My current favorite dessert, haven't figured out what to call it tho:
put the banana and the frozen fruit into the blender, add just One fourth cup soy
milk to get it all starter, let her rip, Blend until smooth and thick, add
just enough milk to blend it together. Use a rubber spatula to push the
stuff down (turn the blender off first!)
Serve in ice cream dishes. Yum.
