Recipe - Frozen Chocolate And Peanut Dessert

Three fourths cup Butter
2 cup Vanilla wafer crumbs
2 cup Unsifted powdered sugar
3 Eggs
1 pack (6oz) semisweet chocolate
chips; melted
1 One half cup Salted peanuts
One half ga Ice cream; softened
Additional peanuts for
topping

Melt One fourth cup butter. Mix with crumbs and press into a 9x13 pan. Beat
together One half cup butter and sugar until creamy. Beat eggs, 1 at a time,
then beat in chocolate. Fold in peanuts. Mix sugar mixture and chocolate
mixture together and spread over crust. Freeze. Spread ice cream over
chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze. Serve with your favorite
chocolate sauce. Yield: 12 servings.
