Recipe - Frozen Bananas

12 Bananas
1 cup Heavy cream; whipped
2 cup Flaked coconut

Now this is one I can use for my mystery dinner! It's also from "A Pinch
of Salt Lake"

Whip cream but do not allow to get too stiff. Peel bananas and cut into
2inch slices. Dip into cream, cover all surfaces and roll in coconut.
Freeze on a waxed paperlined cookie sheet; cover with waxed paper. Before
using allow to thaw for 1520 minutes. Great on a fruit tray.
