Recipe - Frog Eye Salad (Different)

One half cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks; beaten
1 One half tablespoon Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Juice
1 cup Acini De Pepe Macaroni;
uncooked
1 cn Mandarin Oranges
1 cn Crushed Pineapple; reserve
juice
1 small Carton Cool Whip®
1 small Pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
Cook sugar, egg yolks, flour, salt and juice until thick. Cool.
Cook acini de pepe until tender and drain. Mix with the above and let stand
overnight.
The next morning add mandarin oranges, pinapple (drained) and marshmallows.
Just before serving, add cool whip.
Note: This salad keeps well and can be used as a dessert.
