Recipe - Fried Rice With Peppery Curry

3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
One half cup Green beans, chopped
2 tablespoon Peppery curry paste, see

5 cup Cooked longgrain rice
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
GARNISH
1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves, chopepd
One half cup Cucumber, cut or sliced up
3 Green onions, cut or sliced up
Heat oil in a wok over mediumhigh heat. Add the onion & stirfry for 3
minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stirfry for a few minutes,
until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stirfry for 3
minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stirfry until hot through, be careful
not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
