2 cup Cooked rice
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Soft butter
1 Egg, well beated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Mozzarella, cut into cubes
Bread crumbs
Oil (for frying)

Mix together rice, Parmesan cheese, and butter in bowl. Add egg, salt, and
black pepper Blend. Add Mozzarella cubes Mix and shape into balls roll in
bread crumbs fry in deep oil until golden brown Serve with meat or fish.
yield 68 puffs.
