Recipe - Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

10 Ancho peppers, presoaked
One half cup Cooking oil
1 md Onion, chopped
1 cn Tomato paste, 8oz.
1 teaspoon Salt

Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into a
paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the chopped onion, the ground
peppers, tomato paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
