1 tablespoon Olive oil
6 md Cut pork chops
Salt and pepper; to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
One fourth cup Cilantro
Heat an iron skillet to mediumhigh heat. Add olive oil. Season pork chops
on both sides with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the heated skillet
and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes. Turn pork chops over and
continue cooking for about 4 more minutes. Before removing pork chops from
skillet, add lemon and lime juice to deglaze. Add cilantro and stir in pan.
Remove pork chops and place on a warm platter. Serve immediately.
