2 tablespoon Olive oil
One half cup Black Olive Paste*

so if you love true "Italian" cooking i suggest getting this cookbook:
Cut 8 slices of the Hard Polenta into 3/8inch thick pieces. Panfry the
polenta in the oil until golden brown on both sides. Arrange 2 slices of
the fried polenta on a plate and top qith about 1 One half Tbsp of the olive
