Recipe - Fried Okra With Onions

450 g Okra (ladies fingers)
3 tablespoon Oil
2 lg Onions
1 teaspoon Salt
Wash the okra and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Cut into 1 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and fry onions till soft.
Add the okra and salt, and stirring gently, continue frying until the okra
is cooked, about 1012 minutes.
