Recipe - Fried Meatballs

1 pound Ground beef
One fourth cup Grated cheese
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 ds Garlic powder
1 ds Onion powder
One half cup Bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 Eggs
Mix all ingredients together and form balls. Coat a large skillet with
nonstick olive oil spray. Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until
nice and brown. Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready
to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is
heated through.
