Mamaliga
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
3 cup Grated Parmesan or romano
cheese
2 tablespoon Oil

Cut cold mamaliga into 2" squares. Dip the pieces in the beaten eggs and
then in the cheese.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the coated mamaliga. Fry until browned on
both sides. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
