Ingredients:
Fried Jonathans recipe makes 1 Servings
6 Peeled and cored Johathans
One half Stick butter
One half cup Sugar (scant)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Cinnamon red hots
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Saute apples until transparent. Sprinkle
sugar/cinnamon mixture, and red hots over apples. Stir until melted. Yum,
yum!
