Recipe - Fried Ice Cream (Vicki Oldfather)

1 teaspoon Butter
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Corn flakes (Nut'n Honey
flakes are great), crushed
up to One fourth c
1 1/3 cup Vanilla ice cream

Here is an excellent recipe For Fried Ice Cream that Really isn't Fried,
but is delicious!

Melt butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and
cinnamon; blend well. Stir in cereal. Form ice cream into 4 balls. Roll
in cereal mixture to coat. Cover, freeze. Let stand at room temperature a
few minutes before serving.
