Recipe - Fried Egg Sauce

Ingredients:
Fried Egg Sauce recipe makes 100 Servings
1 Scallion
1 tablespoon Oil
One half tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Water
1. Mince scallion.
2. Heat oil. Add scallion; stirfry to brown lightly.
3. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and water; cook to heat through.
Sprinkle sauce over fried eggs and serve.
