Recipe - Fried Dill Pickles

Categories: None, Fried Dill Pickles
Ingredients:

8 Dill pickles
One half cup Flour
One fourth cup Beer
1 One fourth tablespoon Paprika
1 One fourth tablespoon Caynenne pepper
1 One fourth tablespoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Garlic salt
3 ds Tabasco

Here ya go Lynn...I haven't tried it yet, but I do love fried pickles! And
this recipe sounds like it has all the ingredients of the ones I have
had....it esp needs the pepper spices and tabasco..

Cut the dill pickles in slices 'bout as thick as a silver dollar. Mix the
remaining ingredients to form the batter. Dip the pickle slices in batter
and quickly fry in grease at 375 degrees F until the pickles float to the
top, around 4 minutes.

Wash 'em down with your favorite beer.
