5 pound Chitterlings prepared as
in the "Chitterlings"
recipe
2 Eggs; beaten
4 tablespoon Water
Cracker crumbs
The chitterlings can be purchased in centralarea meat markets, Prepare
chitterlings as in previous recipe. Cut into 3inch pieces and dip in egg
wash (2 eggs whipped with 4 tablespoons water) and then into cracker
crumbs. Deepfry or panfry until golden brown.
