Recipe - Fried Chicken Worcestershire

2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt; divided
2 One half pound Chicken; cut into 8 pieces
One half cup Flour
One fourth cup Dry bread crumbs
Combine Worcestershire with 1 teaspoon of the salt. Brush over chicken; let
stand 1 hour. Mix flour, bread crumbs and remaining One fourth teaspoon salt.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil, One fourth inch deep, until
chicken is brown and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
