Recipe - Fried Blossoms

Ingredients:
Fried Blossoms recipe makes 6 Servings
: batter
1 egg
One half cup flour
One half cup milk
Gather a pan of pumpkin or squash blossoms when fully opened. Remove
stamens & wash and drain the petals.
Dip blossoms in batter then drop into deep hot fat. Serve as a
