Recipe - Fresh Vegetable Salsa

8 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and
chopped
7 cup Tomato; peeled and chopped
2 cup Onions; coarsely chopped
3 Cloves garlic; finely
chopped
1 cup Green bell pepper; coarsely
chopped
One half cup Cilantro; chopped
Three fourths cup White vinegar
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
1 cn Tomato paste

In a large pot combine all ingredients. Boil and simmer uncovered to
desired consistency. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal in pressure canner 10
minutes at 5 lbs. pressure.
