Recipe - Fresh Strawberry Sauce

1 pt Ripe strawberries; hulled
2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Light and bright, this nocook sauce is a breeze to make. For freshest
flavor, use ripe berries and make shortly, before use.

Cut strawberries into One half inch pieces; place in a bowl. Stir in sugar and
lemon juice; set aside about 1 hour before serving.
