Recipe - Fresh Strawberry Pie 1

1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon (heaping) strawberry gelatin
3 tablespoon (heaping) cornstarch
1 cup Hot water
1 Baked pie shell
2 cup Whole strawberries

Mix sugar, gelatin & cornstarch in bowl. Add water & cook for 34 minutes
until clear. Let cool. Put berries into baked pie shell & pour cooled
mixture on top. Refrigerate & serve. (May be topped with whipped cream.)
