SWEET/HOT SALSA
4 lg Fresh tomatoes
Three fourths Fresh jalepeno peppers
1 Fresh green papper
1 Fresh red or yellow pepper
1 Fresh cucumber
1 Fresh sprig cilantro
One half lg Red onion
1 cup Sugar

This recipe is for CuisineArt:
Place ingredients into a food processor and chop finely. I chop the
tomatoes first and place into a collander to drain. Next all the peppers
and add them into the collander. I then do the cucumber, with the skin on,
and the onion together. Place into the collander also. Lastly chop and add
the cilantro to the collander.
After all ingredients have drained, place in large bowl and add Three fourths cup
vinegar and 1 cup of sugar. Stir and let sit at least 2 hours. Serve with
your favorite chips. Keeps up to 5 days if refrigerated. Enjoy!
