Recipe - Fresh Pear Salad

One fourth cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Pear juice; or nectar
One half cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
6 md Pears; peeled, halved, cored
Lettuce
Cottage cheese
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan; stir in juices. Cook
over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Refrigerate at least
2 hours.
Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves; spoon a small amount of cottage
cheese into cente of each. Spoon fruit dressing over each pear.
