Recipe - Fresh Peach Sorbet

4 cup Chopped peeled peaches,
(2One half pounds)
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half cup Sauternes or other sweet
white wine
Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until
smooth.
Pour mixture into the freezer can of an icecream freezer, and freeze
according to manufacturer's instructions. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2
cup).
Per serving: 88 Calories; 0g Fat (0% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 21g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 1mg Sodium
