Recipe - Fresh Musroom Stuffing

1 One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up fresh
mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
1/3 cup Chopped onion
1/3 cup Chopped celery
One fourth cup Margarine or butter
2 cup Herbseasoned stuffing mix
One half (up to)
2/3 cup Chicken broth

Place mushrooms, onion, celery, and margarine in the 3qt. Casserole. Cook,
covered, on 100% power (high) for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in
stuffing mix and enough broth to moisten (stuffing should be very moist).
Spread stuffing evenly in the Casserole.
(Tupperwave Stack Cooker) Stack the Casseroles together, covering as
directed in above recipe. Set the Stack in the microwave oven. Microcook
on 100% power (high) for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow about 5 minutes standing
time. Using hot pads, carefully unstack Casseroles. Hot steam can build up
inside Casseroles.
My family goes crazy for stuffing!!! Looking for more stuffing recipes.
