Recipe - Fresh Mint Sauce

1 One half teaspoon Cornstarch
One fourth cup Cold water
One fourth cup Fresh mint leaves
3 tablespoon Light corn syrup
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 dr Green food coloring

In a small saucepan combine cornstarch and cold water; stir in mint leaves,
corn syrup and lemon juice. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook
and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Strain. If desired, stir in green food
coloring. Serve with lamb or pork. Makes about One half cup.
