Recipe - Fresh Mint Chutney

1 cup Lightly packed fresh mint
Leaves
One half cup Lightly packed fresh
Cilantro leaves
One half cup Coarsely chopped yellow onio
3 small Green onions; including tops
One half Jalapeno pepper
3 tablespoon Water
1 One half tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
Recipe by: Bharat Bazaar, Culver City Puree mint, cilantro, onion, green
onion, jalapeno, water and lemon juice together in blender or food
processor. Add salt. Serve. Delightful chutney. Yield Three fourths cup. Will keep
refrigerated up to 2 days.
