Recipe - Fresh Marinara

Ingredients:
1 cn Plum Tomatoes
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 small Carrots; Shredded
2 small Stalks Celery; Diced
One half cup Onion; Diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Your choice if pasta or
spaghetti squash
Saute vegetables in olive oil. Add can of tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook
till carrots are as tender as you like them. Serve on pasta or spaghetti
squash. Makes 4 servings. L.King
