Ingredients:
Fresh Lemon Basil And Olive Oil Marinade recipe makes 6 Servings
1 One half teaspoon Dried basil
1 Clove garlic; minced
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients. With wire whisk, beat until well
blended.
2. Pour mixture over cooked and cooled couscous, pasta or vegetables. Let
stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Serve at room
temperature or reheat. Makes One fourth cup (enough for four One half cup servings of
vegetables).
