Recipe - Fresh Herb Bread

1 One half LB LOAF
1 cup Plus 2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
3 cup Bread flour
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh sage leaves
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh thyme leaves
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoon Dry milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
2 LB LOAF
1 One half cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
4 One fourth cup Bread flour
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh sage leaves
1 tablespoon Plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh
Basil leaves
1 tablespoon Plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh
Oregano leaves
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh thyme leaves
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
One fourth cup Dry milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast*
Place on the ingredients in the bread machine and select basic white cycle.
Use medium or light crust colour. It is recommended to use a bread pan with
9 cups or larger for the 1 One half pound loaf. Yeast amount is correct though
proportionately less than called for in the smaller loaf. From New Flavours
