Recipe - Fresh Grape Salsa

2 cup Seedless grapes; coarsely
chopped
One half cup Chopped green onions
One half cup Diced Anaheim chilies; fresh
or canned
2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
2 tablespoon Vinegar
1 Garlic clove; minced
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Bottled hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mix well. Let stand at least 1 hour
before serving. Drain off excess liquid before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
