Recipe - Fresh Garden Salsa

2 cup Canned tomatoes; drained and
roughly chopped
6 tablespoon Finely minced fresh tomato
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Minced spanish onion
2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon Minced flatleaf parsley
1 teaspoon (heaping) coarse salt
1 Garlic clove; minced
One fourth cup Water
1 tablespoon Pickled jalapeño chile juice
2 tablespoon Minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon Finely minced serrano chile
One fourth cup Ticed canned green chiles
6 tablespoon Finely minced green bell
pepper
One fourth teaspoon Sugar
1 pn Ground oregano
1 pn Ground cumin
Combine all the ingredients in a ceramic or glass bowl. Mix well, cover,
and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature.
