Recipe - Fresh Fruit In Raspberry Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon Orange juice; plus 1
teaspoon
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Orange rind; grated
1 cup Strawberries; cut or sliced up
1 cup Green grapes
2 teaspoon Grand Marnier
2 teaspoon Sugar

Pur‚e the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if necessary.
Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange
rind to the pur‚e. Toss the strawberries and grapes with the Grand Marnier
and sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour. To serve, place the strawberries and
grapes in 4 individual dessert dishes. Pour equal portions of raspberry
sauce on top.

Per serving: calories 66, fat 0.5g, 6% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg,
protein 0.7g, carbohydrates 15.8g, fiber 2.6g, sodium 1mg.
