DRESSING
One half cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
One fourth cup Vanilla or peach yogurt
SALAD
One half cup Halved seedless green or red
grapes
One half cup Cubed nectarine or peeled
peach
1 (up to)
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 cup Purchased coleslaw blend
1 tablespoon Chopped peanuts or shelled
sunflower seeds; if desired
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir gently
to combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Sprinkle with
peanuts.
