Recipe - Fresh Fruit Salad Shake

Ingredients:

One half cup Buttermilk Or Skim Milk
2 tablespoon Frozen Orange Juice
Concentrate
1 One half teaspoon Honey
2 2/3 tablespoon Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
One half cup Frozen Strawberries;
unsweetened
One half md Banana; peeled and quartered
One half cup Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in an electric blender; cover and blend 1 minute at
high speed, til shake is smooth.
