Recipe - Fresh Fruit Marsala

SAUCE
1 cup Marsala wine
4 tablespoon Honey
2 2" strips lemon peel
2 2" strips orange peel
4 Whole cloves
1 4" stick cinnamon
One fourth cup Orange luice
1 small Honeydew melon
1 pt Strawbenles
2 Papayas
Heat all sauce ingredients exxcept juice in a saucepan until honey melts.
Remove from heat, add juice. Let stand 1 hour. Cut melon into 4 wedges;
remove seeds. Cut each wedge horizontally in half then in thin slices
lengthwise; trim rind. Wash, then hull strawberries. Cut berries in halt.
Seed,peel papava . Cut into chunks. Combine fruit and sauce. seres 6.
