Recipe - Fresh Corn Casserole

2 cup Fresh corn; cut from cob
One fourth cup Sliced celery
1 One half cup Toasted bread crumbs
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
3 Eggs; well beaten
1 One half cup Diced fresh tomatoes
One half cup Chopped onion
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Melted butter
Paprika for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except paprika; turn into wellgreased 1 quart
casserole. Place in pan of hot water, cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 90
minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot.
Garnish with paprika.
