Recipe - Fresh Coffee Apple Cake

1 cup Sugar
One half cup Butter
1 Egg
One half cup Cold coffee
1 cup Cubed apples
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half cup Flour

TOPPING
One fourth cup Sugar
One half cup Nuts

here's a heavenly cake from a regional cookbook called Return Engagement.

which serves 12 and takes only 10 minutes to throw together. It's easy; I
LOVE easy!!

In a bowl, not mixer, mix together sugar, butter, egg, coffee and apples.
Sift together soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix appple mixture and flour
mixture. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on
top of batter. Bake at 350 for 2025 minutes. Let me know how you liked
