Recipe - Fresh Apple Cake

COMBINE
1 One half cup Veg.oil
2 Eggs beaten
2 cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Vanilla
SIFT TOGETHER
3 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
ADD ABOVE TO EGG MIXTURE
STIR IN
3 cup Diced apples (cooking
apples)
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Chopped walnuts
mix well,spoon into greased & floured 9X13 pan. (dough will be stiff) Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour, test for doneness. May need more cooking time.
